We are proud to showcase the wonderful work SBHCs are doing across the state. The annual Exemplary SBHC Awards Program is one way NMASBHC recognizes the outstanding SBHCs in new Mexico. Below you will find the awardees from the last three years. Awardees are selected by a committee based on their applications and recognized at the annual School Health Conference (Head to Toe) each year. Exemplary SBHC awardees may reapply for recognition every three years. This year, 2019, will be the first year a previous SBHC awardee can reapply for statewide recognition through the Exemplary SBHC Program.
