During the month of February, please join us in expressing our appreciation for our SBHCs and their dedicated staff as the whole nation celebrates School-Based Health Care Awareness month. We are thrilled that Governor Michelle Lujan Grisham has made a proclamation to make New Mexicans aware of the important services of our field. We have taken the opportunity to educate state and federal legislators about SBHCs and continue to advocate for federal funds and state funds from our current NM Legislative Session. We are also excited to share our video. Thank you to the 79 SBHCs in New Mexico for continuing to work tirelessly to support the students and families in our communities.
