Directory contains information for support staff who process PE/MOSAAs. For example, some SBHC personnel learn to process a PE/MOSSA application at a training but then feel they need more practice to get comfortable with the process. Information in the directory points out that to get more comfortable with your skills you can shadow a HSD PE/MOSAA worker or take an online PE/MOSAA course to refresh your memory. It also had information on who to contact to get trained in PE/MOSAA.
